Lumeplex is a Microsoft-focused IT consultancy based in Dallas, Texas. We were founded by an endpoint management and security architect with more than ten years of experience designing, deploying and governing Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 for large, regulated organizations.
We help growing businesses and mid-market organizations get enterprise-grade results from the Microsoft technology they already license: modern endpoint management, identity and access, threat protection, data security and Copilot readiness, delivered as fixed-scope projects, ongoing managed services, or assessments and workshops.
Our approach puts people first. Security should be invisible to the person doing the work, devices should simply be ready, and your team should never depend on us for the basics. We plan properly, roll out in phases, document everything and stay on as a partner.

Lumeplex exists to bring that standard, normally reserved for large enterprises, to organizations that can’t afford to get technology wrong but don’t need a big consultancy to get it right.
COMPANY HISTORY
Built to close a gap we saw over and over
Lumeplex was founded by Ammar Awad, a Microsoft endpoint management and security architect who has spent more than a decade designing, deploying and governing Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environments for large, regulated organizations in healthcare, legal and financial services, much of that work delivered alongside some of the country’s largest IT service providers.
Across those engagements, one pattern kept repeating. Enterprises received architecture-led planning, phased rollouts, documentation and long-term governance. Growing businesses, often running the very same Microsoft licenses, received quick fixes, reactive support and technology that never quite worked the way it was supposed to.
Lumeplex was created to close that gap. Based in Dallas, Texas and working with clients across the country, we apply the same disciplined, Microsoft-first approach to businesses of every size: assess properly, design deliberately, roll out in phases, hand over with real documentation, and stay on as a partner.
The tools have changed over the years; the purpose has not: technology that works the way your business does.
