Three steps to a working Cloud PC fleet

1. Design

We confirm licensing, choose Cloud PC sizes for each role, and design the Intune and Entra ID policies that will govern them: provisioning policies, images, network connectivity, Conditional Access, security baselines and user settings. You approve the design before anything is built.

2. Configure and test

We build the approved design in your production tenant and provision a pilot of up to 25 Cloud PCs. Real users test sign-in, applications, printing, peripherals and access to on-premises resources where a hybrid connection is in scope. Issues are fixed before the pilot expands.

3. Transfer knowledge

Your team receives as-built documentation and a hands-on session covering provisioning, resizing, reprovisioning, troubleshooting and monitoring in Intune, so day-to-day operation doesn’t depend on us. Most implementations complete in a few weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Windows 365 is a flat, per-user subscription: Microsoft runs the infrastructure and each person gets a dedicated Cloud PC managed in Intune. Azure Virtual Desktop and traditional VDI give you more control over pooled sessions and scaling, but require infrastructure design, capacity management and specialist skills that most growing businesses don’t want to own.

Yes, with the hybrid connectivity add-on. We create an Azure network connection into your environment so Cloud PCs can access file servers, internal web apps and printers as if they were sitting in the office. If everything you use is already in Microsoft 365 or SaaS, the base engagement is enough.

Most of them, yes. A Cloud PC enrolls in Intune like any Windows device, so configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployments, update rings and Conditional Access apply. We review each policy during design because a few settings, such as BitLocker and power management, behave differently on virtual hardware.

Most implementations finish within a few weeks. Design typically takes the first week, build and pilot the next one to two, and knowledge transfer closes the project. Hybrid connectivity adds a little time for network configuration and testing, and the schedule depends on how quickly your pilot users can give feedback.

Each user needs a Windows 365 Business or Enterprise license sized for their workload, plus the Microsoft 365 licensing that covers Intune and Entra ID, such as Business Premium, E3 or E5. We confirm the exact mix during discovery and can advise on sizes so you don’t pay for CPU and memory nobody uses.
