THREE PILLARS
What a well-run Copilot program delivers
Buying licenses is the easy part. The return comes from three things working together: people who know how to use Copilot, agents that extend it into your real workflows, and measurement that shows what changed.
OUR COPILOT SERVICES
Two ways to get started
Start small and prove it, or roll it out properly. Both engagements are fixed-fee, delivered remotely, and scoped for growing businesses rather than enterprise change programs.
Copilot Pilot Accelerator
A structured pilot that proves what Copilot can do before you commit licenses company-wide. We run a 10–25 user cohort through a five-stage journey: Prepare (choose the cohort, set success metrics, clear technical blockers), Onboard (enable scenarios, configure Copilot analytics, train champions), Discover impact (review usage and gather stories), Evaluate (measure results against the metrics) and Efficiency gains (a report showing where time was saved and what to do next). Built for organizations on Microsoft 365 Business Premium or E3/E5 that want evidence, not a sales pitch.

Copilot Deployment & Adoption Accelerator
For organizations ready to roll Copilot out beyond a pilot and make it stick. Four phases: Readiness (agree the business scenarios, success metrics and licensing plan), Prepare & Deploy (fix technical and data-governance blockers, enable users in waves, train a Copilot champion in each team), Discover Impact (collect user feedback and measurable wins, confirm the return) and Extend & Optimize (deeper training, streamlined scenarios and, where it pays off, custom agents for sales or service). Scaled for growing businesses, not enterprise change programs.
BEFORE YOU ROLL OUT
Why readiness comes first
Copilot answers questions using whatever a user can already open. If ten years of file shares, over-shared SharePoint sites and forgotten Teams channels are readable by everyone, Copilot will surface them faster than any employee ever could. That is a governance problem, and it has to be fixed before the first license is assigned.
Every Lumeplex engagement starts with a readiness check: sharing settings and oversharing reports, sensitivity labels in Purview, Conditional Access and device compliance, and which data sources Copilot should and should not reach. Most fixes are quick. Skipping them is how a productivity project turns into an incident.
In Microsoft’s published studies, Copilot users completed roughly a tenth more tasks and spent about a quarter less time on them. Those numbers are only reachable when people trust the tool, and people trust the tool when IT has done the groundwork.
