Devices are registered to your Windows Autopilot or Apple Business Manager tenant before they ship, so a new laptop or iPad configures itself with your policies and apps the first time it’s turned on. Because Lumeplex is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, the Microsoft 365, Windows 365 or Intune license can be assigned before delivery too.

Complete the short form below with the roles, quantity, budget and timing. If you’re not sure what to choose, describe how the devices will be used and we’ll recommend a standard.

2. We spec it and our partner sources it

You receive a written recommendation with specifications and expected lead time, typically within one business day. Once approved, our authorized hardware partner fulfils the order and we coordinate delivery and provisioning.

3. Delivered enrolled, licensed and ready on first boot

Devices ship to your office or straight to the employee. They arrive registered to your Autopilot or Apple Business Manager tenant with their Microsoft license assigned, so they enroll, secure and configure themselves the first time they’re powered on.

Frequently asked questions

Lumeplex specifies and provisions; the hardware itself is supplied through an authorized partner at their pricing, on a single coordinated order. You get one point of contact for the whole rollout without paying a consultancy markup on the boxes.

Yes, that’s the point. We register devices to your Windows Autopilot or Apple Business Manager tenant before they ship, so they enroll in Intune and apply your policies and apps on first sign-in. If you don’t have that setup yet, we build it as part of an Intune deployment project.

Every device carries the manufacturer’s standard warranty, and extended warranty or accidental-damage coverage can be quoted on request. Warranty, defective-on-arrival and return terms come from the supplying partner and are stated in writing before you order; Lumeplex coordinates any replacement so the swapped device is re-provisioned the same way.
