MANAGED SERVICES

Streamline device management end-to-end with Microsoft Intune.

Devices that set themselves up, patch themselves and stay compliant — with Lumeplex designing, running and tuning the environment so your devices stay compliant and your IT team stays focused.

THE CHALLENGE

Who is looking after your Intune tenant this month?

Most organizations adopt Intune to manage devices, applications and data from the cloud. Then reality sets in: the platform changes every few weeks, Windows and macOS releases keep coming, third-party apps need patching, compliance rules drift and the queue of small configuration tasks never ends.

The Intune Managed Service lets you take full advantage of what Intune can do while freeing your team for the work that actually moves the business forward.

  • Devices arrive ready to use, without imaging or hands-on setup
  • OS updates land on schedule across every platform
  • Third-party applications patched before vulnerabilities are exploited
  • Compliance and security posture reported every month
  • One team accountable for the whole device lifecycle

THE SERVICE

What the Intune Managed Service covers

Lumeplex operates your Intune tenant to Microsoft best practice, under agreed SLAs, with clear monthly reporting on compliance and health. Five outcomes, one accountable team.

HOW IT WORKS

How the service starts

Most organizations reach a well-run, fully automated endpoint environment within two to three months.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

“There were dozens of new Intune features in the last service release. I don’t know how anyone keeps up with this on top of everything else.”

That is the sentiment we hear from in-house administrators more than any other. Intune is a moving target by design — Microsoft ships improvements continuously — and keeping pace is a full-time job that most IT teams were never staffed to do. That job is ours.

THE VALUE

Save time and money

You get the benefit of an endpoint engineering and architecture practice that has designed and operated Intune across many organizations — without hiring one.

  • A tested policy set for security, configuration and compliance, ready on day one
  • Automation across all five lifecycle stages: provision, configure, secure, update, retire
  • Technical advice, thought leadership and a structured monthly review
  • Documentation and runbooks your team can actually use
  • Predictable monthly pricing instead of surprise project costs

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS and Android, for both corporate-owned and personally owned devices. Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise are all included so every platform can be provisioned without hands-on setup. Shared devices, kiosks and frontline scenarios can also be brought under management.
Intune is included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, E3, E5 and the Enterprise Mobility + Security suites, which is what most clients already own. If you are on a plan that does not include Intune, we will show you the most cost-effective path to add it before any work begins.
Yes. Many of our engagements begin with a co-managed environment or a full migration from Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) to Intune. We can run the migration as a scoped project and then move the environment straight into the managed service, so there is one team accountable throughout.
No. The service is designed to work alongside your existing team. We take on the specialist Intune engineering, patching and governance work, and your team keeps the local relationships, day-to-day helpdesk and business knowledge. Where an organization has no internal IT, we can support end users directly as well.
Engineer support is provided during business hours, Central Time, with defined response targets for each priority level agreed in your service schedule. Automated processes — provisioning, update rings and app patching — run continuously regardless, so devices stay compliant even when nobody is watching the console.
Assessment typically takes two to three weeks, and most organizations have provisioning, update compliance and application patching fully automated within two to three months. Quick wins, such as fixing compliance policy gaps or enabling Autopilot for new hardware, usually land within the first few weeks.
