You receive a written quote with pricing, specifications and expected lead time, typically within one business day. Once approved, we order from authorized distribution and keep you updated.

3. Delivered, and for businesses, enrolled and ready on first boot

Devices ship to your home, school or office. Business devices arrive registered to your Autopilot or Apple Business Manager tenant, so they enroll, secure and configure themselves the first time they’re powered on.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. We supply laptops, tablets, Chromebooks and accessories to families as well as schools and businesses. Tell us who the device is for and how it will be used, and we’ll recommend a few options at different price points. There’s no minimum order; a single student laptop is a perfectly normal request.

For business customers, yes. We register devices to your Windows Autopilot or Apple Business Manager tenant before they ship, so they enroll in Intune and apply your policies and apps on first sign-in. If you don’t have that setup yet, we can build it as part of an Intune project. Family and school devices ship with standard factory setup.

Every device we supply carries the manufacturer’s standard warranty, and we can quote extended warranty or accidental-damage coverage on request. Defective-on-arrival items are handled directly with us. Return terms for non-defective items depend on the manufacturer and distributor and are stated on your quote before you order.
